The Gisborough & The Middleham Conditions of Hire
 1. DEPOSIT
A
deposit of £150.00 is payable at the time of booking
2.
BALANCE
Your rental charge, less the deposit, is due 6 weeks prior
to booking.
3. CANCELLATION
Should you need to
cancel, the balance of the rental charge remains due unless your arrival date
is at least 8 weeks from the date of cancellation or unless it is possible to
relet the house on the same basis. On no occasion is the deposit refundable. We
advise you seek insurance cover for unforeseen circumstances.
4. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Checkout time is 10am. Arrival time is usually between 4pm & 6pm however this may be flexible on request. Keys should be collected at an agreed time from Wynnstay House and we will happily show you to the Cottage if you wish. Latest arrival is 8pm unless prearranged.
5. OCCUPANCY
Each cottage is suitable for no
more than 4 people – all guests staying must be detailed when the booking
is made.
6. CARE & CLEANLINESS
Please note that all damages and breakages must be paid for and reported immediately. Each Cottage should be left in a clean and tidy state however should we feel that above average cleaning and tidying is needed to service either house, extra charges will be incurred to cover this.
7. LIABILITY
We cannot accept liability for loss of, or
damage, to the Hirer’s property, baggage or possessions.
8. PETS
We regret we cannot accept pets.
9.Smoking
Both cottages are completely non smoking - a £250 charge will be incurred for smoking at either property. |
