Conditions of Booking

To make a booking simply click on our Online Booking Tab to take you through a few easy steps for a secure, online reservation. On receipt of your information we will email an acknowlegement to you.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to call us or email us direct, we would be happy to take chat through your stay with you.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival are charged at 80% of the cancellation unless your room is resold upon the same basis, upon which no balance charge is due. Full payment is charged for non arrival and cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival.

All rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT at the current rate.

Rooms are usually ready by lunchtime however if you wish to drop your bags off earlier that is no problem.

The life of a B&B owner is a busy one so just let us know what time you would like to arrive so that we can be here to greet you – we can arrange our timings around your arrival, to avoid your being stranded on the doorstep!

Latest check-in is usually 8pm.

Harrogate is a beautiful Victorian town so off street parking is limited. A great permit system is therefore in place to offer you easy on street parking at Wynnstay House and we issue you with all the complimentary permits you need, when you arrive!
